This loop walk branches off Fossickers Lake Track and is a side trip up the Union Creek rock stack, a landform that consists of excess rock from mining operations. The track climbs steeply up and loops through a native beech re-planted landscape.
This is a metalled road built for vehicle travel; well drained and well surfaced so despite a few puddles is still in good condition. A good trail to check out all the awesome forest regeneration work completed by Oceana Gold on the waste rock stacks, but not much in the way of views!
